CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 27(STA) Relating to                          
the maritime boundary between Alaska and the former Union of                   
Soviet Socialist Republics, was read the second time.                          
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
